The Alumni Speaker Series continues Wednesday, April 21, with “There is Not an I in Team” presented by Tom Petsche ‘75. The program begins at 6 p.m. CST.
Petsche earned a bachelor’s degree in history at UIU. With over 40 years of experience in the insurance industry, Petsche is passionate about leadership, mentoring and the obligation to help others succeed. As president of Brokerage Solutions, the UIU alumnus is a frequent speaker for agency and industry groups throughout the U.S. and Canada and actively involved in professional organizations.
Developed by the Office of Career Development, the virtual Alumni Speaker Series sessions feature career-related topics inspired by the speaker’s career path. Alums share their experiences and expertise virtually through Upper Iowa University’s Facebook page. After the conclusion of each recorded session, they will be shared on the Alumni Speaker Series webpage to be viewed at any time.
Participants, who join the virtual session on Upper Iowa University’s Facebook page, will have an opportunity to ask questions during the event.
